Recently when I was doing my regular exercise a strange sound starts coming from my wooden floor. I called multiple companies for inspection. The best company I found was Treebark Pest Control and Termite.
Their charges were minimum and work was excellent. Instead of replacing my complete floor they killed all termite and gave guarantee of 1 year for any type of malfunction and noise.
They used some kind of lube which help make wood strong again.

I recommended Treebark Pest Control and Termite to my friend you should do that soo.

As a super I need to try to have all the answers for residents but with a contractor like Action servicing my building my job is much easies as they have edgeucated me on bed bugs and residents they have visited were very happy with the out come.
