I hired this company for two reasons. One being that I needed help with repairing my credit and two, to purchase a home. Before hiring this company I spoke to Mr. Shands on several occasions encouraging me to hire him. As time went by I finally gave in. Extremely excited. He assured me two months I'll be ready to purchase my home. From February to this date no documents nor evidence produce to show he has done anything on my behalf. Fee for service(850.00) I paid all but $200. I asked if he was waiting until paid in full he stated absolutely not. Before you hire anyone, I advise you to do your homework and research the business before you exchange any money. Not only have I lost money but time as well.
