I’ve been buying gifts at Linen Chest since I can remember. They always have something very useful or unique so it’s never really a chore + the very helpful staff and free cappuccino never hurts..haha I even shop online every now and then and get amazing service from the customer service lady, she helped me find a few things that I needed for a special someone and went beyond her duty to accommodate my request. All that to say, if you need a gift ( for me or anyone else) you know where to go!

We have been redoing our windows one room at a time over the last couple of years and have been hooked on Hunter Douglas blinds since we did our bedroom. I’ve been going back to Linen Chest since then. The installers are always so punctual and quick. They really did and continue to do a good job. We only have 1 room left this summer and it’s the den..looking forward to some motorized blinds to fit the new décor.

Talk about feeling like a VIP couple when you open your registry soon after being on such a high of getting engaged. Had the best time ( so did my fiance might I add) going through the store with the help of a consultant. That made us feel so special, and way less nervous about making sure we didn’t forget anything. The entire experience so far has been great from the staff to the products + we really wanted a special color for a KitchenAid mixer and they were able to get it for us.

Linen Chest in Moncton priced 9 blinds for our condo and we signed off on quote and paid deposit. They come back weeks later and tell us--sorry we made a mistake and price is $900+ higher than quoted. They justified it by saying that the form states, "estimate only." It appears that they are hiding behind a clause that I don't think was ever intended to absolve them of their mistakes. (They added up the figures incorrectly!) When I challenged them on this they came back and said, "we'll split the difference!" I will not do business with a company that I cannot trust and I cannot trust Linen Chest and would not recommend it to anyone!

We recently spent almost $6000 for window coverings for 3 windows from Linen Chest. The in home consultant had great difficulty in performing simple math and as a result our drapes came in almost 3 feet too long. It took 3 months for the drapes to come in and then had to go back for another 2 weeks to be resized. The store was suppose to credit us for the extra material that we paid for but didn't need, but we never received the credit despite numerous calls and visits and being assured we would get it. We were also suppose to receive a $100 gift certificate due to a promotion, but didn't receive that either.
