**Make a reservation ahead of time** so you have a chance of being seen.

This location desperately needs to HIRE MORE employees - only 2 people working the entire store. They were clearly trying their best, but there were 19 people waiting, 2 people working, and 6 registers/stations sitting empty in the store. With a big cue screen on the wall, it felt like the DMV.

I worked with jamory she was absolutely wonderful. Helpful positive attitude. She stayed and worked with me almost an hour after store closed. So grateful kept me continuing my service for another 2 years.

Our visit today was incredible. The location was so organized and well managed by the manager. Wendy Jimenez was the employee that assisted my wife and I today and she was amazing and impressive. Her customer service and demeanor was so welcoming and professional yet warm and pleasant. She worked quickly and provided all the information we required. I would recommend this location. Thank you Wendy for all your help.

Walked into the location on 23rd street on 6th Avenue in Manhattan and the customer service was exceptional and amazing from the moment of entry. The employee Wendy Jimenez who went above and beyond to assist my husband and i was AMAZING. From the very moment of meeting with her she was incredible. Her customer service was so amazing that we purchased my work phone, and cases for mine and my husband's personal phones in one visit. I would definitely recommend this location and getting assisted by her. I don't want to forget to mention that her manager which unfortunately did not get the opportunity to ask her name was also exceptional. Thank you Wendy!!!

Exceptional customer service! Many companies are not offering CS these days, Spectrum is exceeding ones expectations in so many ways. Justin was impressive with his knowledge and ability to trouble shoot. He is unflappable, with a calmness so reassuring. Justin is a Spectrum shinig star!!
I watched while Jocylin worked quickly to resolve any problems with ease.
An impressive duo.
Thanks again.
