Ordered a swim suit. Item was shipped but apparently they wrote the wrong shipping address on the package. Tracking info confirmed the item was returned to the sender. I emailed, texted and even tried to call the company. I got one reply asking we to wait a bit longer, which I did. A second reply told me it was my responsibility to file a claim with Canada Post. Canada Post told me the sender must file a claim and I would have to seek a refund from the sender. Subsequent communications get either an automated response or no response at all. Phone number just gets you an unintelligible answering machine message. Don't trust these dirty players!!

A fitness watch ordered in Jan finally arrived in March FAULTY.
Watch replaced after a month ---FAULTY
Ask for money back ---- all sorts of rubbish from CUSTOMER SERVICE wanting videos specifications???? of iphone anything but giving back money.
Why would you want A store credit from a company this BAD

Shopping online can be tough, their website was easy to use, bikinis fit well and not expensive, unfortunately couldn't order separate sizes for top/bottom for most of them which would've been nice but sizing charts were clear and helpful.
Shipping took about a week and a half, average, though it is a North American company, products were shipped from Asia.

Ordered a fitness tracker. It partially worked the first day and then just wouldn't hold a charge. Have been going round and round with customer service. Sent a video and now they want it mailed back and will give store credit.

Had ordered a smartwatch before xmas when it arrived it was faulty wouldn't sync with iPhone or iPad. the product didn't charge as well. Numerous emails and attachments they asked for and bloody nothing. Please don't be conned by this web site. they customer service doesn't deliver. will never recommend this site to any so beware.

I had Ordered Training Elastic Resistance Band at only $4. I just the love the grip it has provided. Almost all my physiotherapy was possible due to it. very useful indeed.. easier and a fun way to exercise with this one. recommended!

I guess we just bought a 39 dollar piece of junk, I just googled your company and read the reviews and am not surprised that out of 34 reviews about this company 32 said you are a scam, well chalk up another person they scammed 39 dollars out of. To me it is not worth it fighting with them, my time is worth a lot more then that. Good luck with the next person they money out of but I will make sure I warn as many people as I can about them. I wish I had read these reviews first, then I would be 39 dollars richer. DON"T BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM.......EVER

I purchased two products from this company; one was a glass water bottle and it arrived with damaged. I tried to return the item but all I got was endless emails from their customer care department (Dealeaz) with no resolution. The second product was their smart watch which asks you the sync your watch to your phone via apps that do not work. Three apps that are supposed to work with the watch have deplorable reviews (not a single positive review); when I contacted Dealeaz as per Fit Shop Pro's website I received no resolution. Check on FB site for this company and you will find complainant after complainant.
