Owner, Adam, totally non-customer oriented, rude, has a "difficult customer clause" in his work contract fine print. Can you believe that? He telephoned and accused me of taking home his ladder. Both ladders identical except for the color and I accidentally took his leaving my behind. I returned to exchange and apologized but he was still rude with an extraordinary offensive attitude. Now I know why there are several other similar customer reviews. The rest of the crew were friendly and helpful.
