This guy is crooked, horrible experience, and terrible attitude. I believe he sold me used and faulty parts. Typical part he replaced lasts 10-15 years, his part lasted 13 months. He then refused to help replace his faulty part and told me to 'take it up with Whirlpool'. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THIS GUY.
