I am so lucky that I found RCC and hired them as my contractor to fix my basement leaking. I can’t thank Mauro, Roy and his crew enough for doing such an excellent job to help me to find the right choice and save money, more importantly fix the problem from its root cause.
Here is my story: after I found my basement leaking, I consulted another waterproofing company first. The estimator told us the best way was to fix it from inside using a gutter system. In this case we have to tear down the whole finished basement and only redo renovation after they complete the interior waterproofing work. Because he sounded professional with a power point presentation, and also we had no experience on this, we signed up the contract and paid the deposit the second day.
After further research I came across RCC on YouTube. I immediately realized that the best way should be the outside foundation water proofing. It will stop from the root cause of leaking. The gutter system didn’t fix the leaking, it just redirects the leaking water to a sump pump to drain the water out.
After contacting RCC and the estimator Mauro came to do the assessment, he firmly recommended the outside foundation water proofing. And the cost is much less than installing interior gutter system with sump pump. I signed up immediately and cancelled the project with the first company.
In the past two days, Roy and his crew of six did an excellent job: they were professional, hardworking, patient with all my questions, very friendly, and completed the project to its perfection. My wife and I are super happy with their great work. Thank you thank you and thank you RCC!

After the heavy rain in early April 2026, I called RCC customer service and left a message as there was water Leake in both north-end and south-end of my house. Mauro came out the next day and provided a quotation and explained the work needed. He arranged to have the job completed ASAP, which was much appreciated as I had a finished basement.
The crew-Esburn arrived early in the morning and did a fantastic job. Very professional, protected the property during excavation and cleaned up perfectly.
A water leak was observed again after completing the job. Ryan (Waterproofing Inspector) came and inspected the north-end side and identified the RC of the issue. The crew-Esburn came back and fixed the issue. There is no water leak after that.
I definitely recommended RCC as the entire team is high proficiency, Excellent Customer Service and very cooperative. Thank to everyone at RCC 🙂.

After the heavy rain in early April 2026, I called RCC customer service and left a message as there was water Leake in both north-end and south-end of my house. Mauro came out the next day and provided a quotation and explained the work needed. He arranged to have the job completed ASAP, which was much appreciated as I had a finished basement.
The crew-Esburn arrived early in the morning and did a fantastic job. Very professional, protected the property during excavation and cleaned up perfectly.
A water leak was observed again after completing the job. Ryan (Waterproofing Inspector) came and inspected the north-end side and identified the RC of the issue. The crew-Esburn came back and fixed the issue. There is no water leak after that.
I definitely recommended RCC as the entire team is high proficiency, Excellent Customer Service and very cooperative. Thank to everyone at RCC 🙂.

Recently had them repair an outside wall that leaking into my basement. Mauro was extremely helpful, courteous, and professional. The crew led by Jeff arrived on scheduled date and once they dug below grade found the problem, a 12ft horizontal crack. These guys were amazing, highly recommend them and would definitely use them again if required.

I am so lucky that I found RCC and hired them as my contractor to fix my basement leaking. I can’t thank Mauro, Roy and his crew enough for doing such an excellent job to help me to find the right choice and save money, more importantly fix the problem from its root cause.
Here is my story: after I found my basement leaking, I consulted another waterproofing company first. The estimator told us the best way was to fix it from inside using a gutter system. In this case we have to tear down the whole finished basement and only redo renovation after they complete the interior waterproofing work. Because he sounded professional with a power point presentation, and also we had no experience on this, we signed up the contract and paid the deposit the second day.
After further research I came across RCC on YouTube. I immediately realized that the best way should be the outside foundation water proofing. It will stop from the root cause of leaking. The gutter system didn’t fix the leaking, it just redirects the leaking water to a sump pump to drain the water out.
After contacting RCC and the estimator Mauro came to do the assessment, he firmly recommended the outside foundation water proofing. And the cost is much less than installing interior gutter system with sump pump. I signed up immediately and cancelled the project with the first company.
In the past two days, Roy and his crew of six did an excellent job: they were professional, hardworking, patient with all my questions, very friendly, and completed the project to its perfection. My wife and I are super happy with their great work. Thank you thank you and thank you RCC!
