When we called for a quote, the sales person was at our house the next day to do the assessment and prepare a quote. He was very professional and knowledgeable. After we received the quote and gave RCC the order, everything went smoothly and as agreed upon. The date we got was even earlier than they at first had estimated. On the day of, the crew arrived on time and they were very friendly hard working guys. They completed the job as agreed and cleaned up after they were done. Great experience and I would recommend RCC to anyone who has an issue with water coming into their basement.
One recommendating for RCC is to give their sales people a RCC email address. Given everything going on these days with scam emails, it takes away doubt.

What an amazing group of guys we had fix the leak in our basement. They not only treated my mother with respect but her home as well. The job was done quickly by two very nice gentleman. The area was left clean and the job was done perfectly. Brian woods did a very detailed quote for us and took the time to explain what was being done and why. Brian was amazing explaining the process. But when it came to moving forward he stopped responding. Called the company they said they will let Brian know to call me. Never did! Then again called the company same literally was told "Brian will call today!" Absolutely nothing. Business lost 15k thanks for doing this before starting the job Imagine being ghosted after the job hence 2 stars for Ghosting before.

Called for a quote. Had a timely inspection by Josh who clearly outlined our options. Anthony and his crew arrived today for outside waterproofing - pleasant, friendly, polite, hard working. Obviously a flood in your basement is the a very stressful situation. When I contacted RCC they quickly connected me to Kurt and assigned him to my disaster. Kurt made this horrible situation well planned and made me feel at ease. I felt that things would be okay. The crew working on the waterproofing was on time and real professional. They kept the areas safe and clean. We ended up having RCC install a new sump pump and any time I had questions about the pump a year or two down the road, Kurt was there for us and with quick response. The rep, Kurt, who came to conduct the initial assessment took the time to discuss options and possibilities, and was very professional. The team that came to install the internal waterproofing and sump pump system were very helpful, efficient, and knowledgeable. I am grateful for the time the lead installer took to talk with me. They did a great job installing and running the sump pump pipe out under my porch. Clean up was also done well. The only area to improve would be the customer service people who answer the phones - they were not well informed or very helpful, especially when I asked to be referred to someone who could answer my questions. Otherwise, highly recommend this company.
