I've been working with A&L Heating for over 8 years. They installed my minisplit system and perform the annual maintenance for the system - and they are located on the Cape! I've always found them to be professional, respectful, and responsive. I highly recommend A&L for all your heating and cooling needs!

Luke at A&L was very responsive and accommodating when we needed our mini- splits serviced at short notice. In addition, he was able fix a noise that had developed in one unit. We highly recommend A&L!

Several years ago when I installed 2 mini splits I shopped around and Luke and Alex (A&L) had the best price for installation and servicing. They were on time, extremely professional, explained how the system works and installed in a very timely manner.

This past summer, I had a problem getting the mini split to start. I contacted Luke and he spent easily a half an hour with me explaining what I was doing wrong and once he explained it, the mini split started right up. I was so happy that a professional with Luke’s experience stayed with me and helped me get this problem resolved on a very, very hot summer day.

Recently, I had the mini splits serviced. There was a little confusion about the appointment as Luke had an emergency and I was leaving the Cape the next day. He was very accommodating and scheduled me for 9 AM the next morning. Luke and Alex arrived before the scheduled time completed the scheduled maintenance, cleaned up after themselves and went onto their next appointment.

I try to use many local contractors on the Cape. Luke and Alex were excellent to deal with and I am very happy with the services that I have received in the past they are my go to team.

I wish I could say these guys were great as I support local business and I know all of those who work in the trades are hard workers. This being said we had a heat emergency on a Sunday - we looked up on google the phone number for the company we have a contract with and told them Hi we have a contract with you guys - this is our problem and here is our address can you help. A person came - looked at our unit and ordered a part to be picked up the next day. A&L showed up and replaced the part - it took them 2 hours and 7 minutes. They did not ask our names - or anything about our contract of which is not with their company and we still have no idea how and why they answered for the company we have an account with. We then received an invoice for over $2000. We asked for an itemized receipt as we thought the price was steep and we were never called and told how much it would be prior to the work being done. We were told they dont do that and that it would be the same price regardless. Feeling a little uneasy we requested an itemized receipt again - after consulting a few others, they agreed the price was very high. We received a text message later that evening - Luke called us SCUM BAGS amongst other nasty, extremely unprofessional words , told us he would put a contractors lein on us and take us to court. These message were also sent to us past midnight. All of this because we asked for an itemized receipt. Appalled and extremely disgusted by this behavior. Please do not use these guys. If they did this to us, I cant even imagine what they have done to our elderly and disabled folks nevermind all of the others of whom have been taken advantage of.
