Excellent and quick service during a weekend plumbing emergency. Alec got everything flowing for us within a couple hours of our initial call, diagnosed why it happened in the first place, and explained his longer term recommendations without upselling us on work that wasn't needed.

A second team was with us within the week to replace a sagging section of ancient clay pipe and a y-joint in our main drain line. They were quick and very tidy even though they were working in a basement which is already partially ripped open. They were so fast I actually missed taking a peek while the floor was opened up! Alec was able to send me photos later in the day so I could understand and see exactly what work had been done.

I'd recommend Leaside Plumbing without hesitation - both in an emergency and for larger repairs.

This is our second time using Leaside Plumbing and once again the service was excellent. We had an unexpected leak on a weekend and Jonathan was fantastic. He immediately made us feel calm and confident that everything would be taken care of. He worked throughout the day to diagnose the issue, get our water back on and make sure we had a solution in place.

We are so grateful for the responsiveness, professionalism and care - especially on a weekend when a plumbing issue can feel incredibly stressful. Jonathan was knowledgeable, reassuring and an absolute pleasure to deal with. Excellent service from start to finish. We wouldn’t hesitate to call Leaside Plumbing again (but hopefully won’t need too!!)

Had to have a plumbing stack replaced in my home. Rick, Drew and Omar came and did an amazing job friendly and they takes time to educate and explain the issues and solutions as well as preventive things you can do to keep from having more issues,

Drew also worked on my sisters house replacing a kitchen skin and that job was done amazing as well.

I would highly recommend Leaside they are great and would use them anytime.

Rick was responsive, and considerate of costs (i.e., advising away from an urgent weekend visit if possible). Upon arrival he was quick to assess and provide options, and only opted to escalate to the next level once he'd exhausted the lower cost options. Thankfully, the lower cost option worked (after considerable effort and elbow grease). Out kitchen drain now runs better than it did when we moved into the house many years ago.

Just had Alec come by to scope the pipes under the house and see if we’d have any issues (recently moved in and house is 100 years old). He was really efficient and professional, explained to me what was going on and walked me through what some helpful updates for the plumbing would be. Thankfully no issues with our clay pipes, but I now have a rough plan of keeping the house in good shape!

I’m writing to share my appreciation for the exceptional service I received from Rick earlier today.
Rick was incredibly kind, patient, and professional throughout the visit. Although he wasn’t able to do the repair for us, he went far beyond what I expected. He took the time to carefully walk me through the existing plumbing issues, clearly explained what was going wrong, and suggested practical solutions for fixing them.
What really stood out was his willingness to educate. He even drew detailed diagrams to show how everything should be set up properly according to code, and encouraged me to pass them along to my other plumber so the work could be done correctly. That level of care and thoroughness is rare.
On top of that, Rick didn’t charge me for the consultation or diagnostic, which I truly appreciate. His honesty and professionalism built a lot of trust—not just in him, but in your company as a whole.

I had two toilets installed by Rick and Ethan who did a great job. They were very efficient, kept me informed at all times and left everything neat and tidy. I've used Laird Plumbing in the past and will continue to do so; they always respond to messages quickly and send somebody out right away to evaluate and diagnose the problem. I highly recommend them for any plumbing issues you might have!
