Horrible. I paid $50 **extra** for a meet and greet I never received. I was flying internationally so there's a controlled area outside of customs where lots of drivers with signs were waiting, but not my guy. I had to walk outside to the curb where another driver tried unsuccessfully to reach my driver. He finally appeared and took me to my car. They refused to refund my $50 for a botched meet and greet.
