We had an excellent experience when Roof Doctor replaced our roof, May, 2026. I still believe it was a complicate job (10 vents, three skylights, 2 chimneys, 8 valleys), but the crew was systematic, skilled and the whole process was done and cleaned up in two days. I appreciated the Dave's "no pressure" approach, and company's willingness to work with us to get the final product we wanted. This was a big load off my mind, so thank you everyone at Roof Doctor.

I strongly do not recommend, they do not guarantee their work. They sent someone out to fix a leak from my fireplace vent in January. It is leaking again but they refuse to send someone out unless I pay the minimum charge of $350. Please choose another company that will come back and fix the job property at no charge. It is a newer roof, 2022. I purchased the home in 2024, the roofing company that installed the roof has
since shut down. I was not advised that roof doctor does not guarantee their work. They were given a chance to rectify the problem but did not.

We are extremely happy with our new roof!! Garth and his crew from Roof Doctor were exceptional. The team was professional, courteous, clean and just great workers. The final product is amazing. We have received many compliments from our neighbours about our new roof as well as the professionalism of the crew. We highly recommend Roof Doctor and are thrilled with our positive experience!
