This is the worst jewelers place I have ever dealt with! My husband bought me a gold chain with the condition it will fit my pendant which has a small loop. The owner's wife told him they will change the chain clasp to make sure it will go through the pendant. I took chain and pendant there and the owner grabbed everything, went to the back and to my amazement he tried making the loop bigger with pliers. Then he came and said it was fixed, really??? The loop was destroyed. When I complained he said they would fix it for free. I went a week later to pick it up and the loop was bigger but now the pendant falls sideways, it's been ruined! I strongly recommend anybody to stay away from that place!
Not even a -10 star!
