All repairs are performed in-shop at our climate-controlled facility by appointment. Our experience in automotive collision repair dates back to 1980, with a specialized focus on paintless dent repair since 2001. That combination of traditional collision repair knowledge and advanced PDR experience allows us to evaluate and repair damage that can extend well beyond the small door dings commonly associated with paintless dent repair. We regularly work with complex body lines, large dents, deep creases, hail damage, and challenging collision-type damage when conditions make PDR a suitable repair method. Paintless dent repair restores damaged automotive sheet metal without conventional body filler, sanding, or repainting. When PDR is appropriate, the vehicle retains its original factory paint and finish. This can provide an excellent alternative to conventional body repair while avoiding unnecessary refinishing and maintaining as much of the vehicle's original factory condition as possible. Hail damage repair is a major part of our business. MrDentz works with vehicle owners and insurance companies throughout the repair process, including damage assessment, insurance estimates, supplements when additional covered damage is identified, and professional paintless hail repair. We work with insurance companies while remaining an independent repair facility focused on the quality of the repair and the needs of the vehicle owner. Every vehicle is evaluated individually. Not every dent or damaged panel is a candidate for paintless dent repair, particularly when paint is cracked, severely compromised, or the damage involves structural components. Our goal is to recommend PDR when it is an appropriate repair method rather than simply attempting to repair every vehicle that comes through the door.
