Do Trust the reviews who call her rude, overpriced etc... I have visited her place for three times already. The first time she did ok but not even close to what I had asked her to do. She did it too short so I went back home eagarly waiting to grow back my hair. The second time I complained about her not doing that good job the first time. She replied oh you are coming with your damaged hair and prevent me to be an artist. I didn't like the comment the disrespectful tone of her voice and not listening to me. But still I gave her one more chance, cause she promised the next time she would deliver long bob I have hoped for years to get. Today was her last chance. I instructed her to give me a small trim just about an inch shorter. She did the worst and the shortest cut possible, she was rushing through it, I was already 1 hour behind, no excuses on her part, my shoulder long hair was cut univenly short to something I asked her to be long bob she calls it blonde bob. I have cried my eyes out the whole day, what you can do with the two longest hair strands and all that cropped and chopped hair on my neck. I swear she did it purposely cause she remembered me complaining the last time. She is rude ignores you and doesn't reply to your question, constantly trying to sell you her products, or hair coloring service or even manicure etc.. When you reply is that you are not interested in her coloring of your hair she doesn't back off but tries again severL times, calling her assistant to present her wonderful work. You end up feeling tortured cause she can't take a no. She has some ego problem or something similar so she takes her revenge on you after your slightest complain. Another customer showed up today asking for the colour correction stating that she can't go back to her work looking this orange and that she wants her blond look back. All in all Stay away. She is expensive and in her fancy salon they won't even give you a 5 min scalp massage which was my first disapointment in that place.

Best Salon ever seen. I heard so much about Farah Salon from my friends, I had the best Cut and Color with Farah. Amazing Salon, nice staff.

I had laser hair removal at this establishment. I pre-paid for one year's service. Farah and I both agreed to the original terms and conditions. Things started to spiral downward after Farah Salon had my money: Hours, time between services, poor customer service and the kicker, cancelling my last two months of service unilaterally without warrant, or credit or financial recovery. This was a horrible experience for me. Farah Salon is so rude and undeserving of business. Referrals make or break repeat and new business. Save your money and save your time. Farah Salon is unworthy of yours.

I had my lovely blonde hair turned a mousey brown and was not told at all about it. I was told it was toner. TONER. Honest to God. This Salon is unbelievable. If I trusted them at all I would make them correct their mistake but I never want to go back there!
