The College Street location is the only place I trust to take care of my bike! Service is priced fairly. Love that the technician not only explained the repair but gave me a heads up on what might be coming down the road. Staff are so friendly and helpful!

Had taken to another shop before to fixed the slow leak in the tire just to come home with flat tire !! Took it to Pedalinx and they got it right !!! The first shop had put too much air in the tire .. these guys know what they are doing here ! Great service .. thank you so much

Since they deleted my initial review I will continue to leave them as I know they were fully understanding of their lack of customer service and the constant neglect with what I came in to address. I had a disappointing experience at this bike shop. I called prior to going in with regards to servicing on my bike’s brakes. Upon entry the staff were having a group casual discussion where the “mechanic” mentions it’s time for his lunch break as I entered, the store had only been open for an hour. When I mentioned my concern to the staff working front desk, he then directed my attention to the staff saying they were getting ready to leave for lunch. After handing him my bike and giving him the simple explanation of needing my brakes tuned, he attempted to upsell me by down talking a brand new bike along with his colleagues. He then brought it into their backroom for less than 2 minutes, in this time his colleagues aggressively tried to upsell me while down talking the bike I brought in to purchase one of theirs. After 2 mins the mechanic then claimed that he couldn’t do anything with the bike at all. The staff seemed uninterested in helping, and I felt rushed when asking questions about repairs and bike options. Communication lacked unless it was to entertain being sold on one of their bikes. When I raised my concerns, I didn't feel they were taken seriously. I was hoping for knowledgeable service and better customer care. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I don't plan to return. I shortly went down the road after to Cyclepath where they happily greeted me with my concerns and were able to find the solutions and service my bike. If you are in the Mississauga location this store in only fixated on selling and servicing their items!

Mixed experience - mostly good but if you go here to have something done in the shop, triple check to make sure the mechanic understands and writes down your request because they have multiple mechanics, and miscoms can happen.

I went here prepping for a cross-Canada biking trip. And the experience was mostly good - Paul the owner is extremely knowledgeable and had some excellent advice, and the staff is friendly, and even gave us two bike boxes to use for packing our bikes.

The problem though, was that I came in with a bike that has tubeless-ready rims. And I worked with a mechanic to find nice (~$90 each) tubeless-ready tires which I purchased directly from this store. And I specifically asked several times, that when they swap out the older tires for the new ones, to please set them up tubeless... That was the whole reason for me buying the more expensive tires.

I got the bike back and didn't confirm that they'd been set up tubeless so this is partially on me.. but I assume they listened and did what I asked. So l get all yhe supplies for tubeless - extra sealant, extra tubeless valves.

Fast forward and 2 days into the trip, I get my first flat from a tiny little wire... which was surprising since this wouldn't normally cause a tubeless tire to go flat. And after trying a couple things I eventually took the tire off the rim and discovered that it has been set up with tubes.

This isn't the end of the world... Lots of people ride tubes. And luckily I had spare tubes and patch repair kit anticipating that eventually something would happen that would damage the tubeless setup enough that I'd need to switch to tubes.

3 weeks in and I've now had several flats, all of which were from tiny wires that punctures the tube that likely wouldn't have been an issue with a tubeless setup. And I'm writing this right after my 4th flat.. which finally annoyed me enough to post this.

Again - grain of salt: like almost any local bike shop, these guys are friendly, knowledgeable, and great people. And my hope is that my experience was atypical and most people have great experiences here. But the miscom on something that I thought was super clear left a sour taste for me personally...

I took my bike to a Facebook mechanic. Didn’t take long for the chain to snap. The guy did a butcher job. I’m glad this happened. I was right near Pedalinx when I broke down and brought it in. The mechanic was amazing. So knowledgeable and efficient. He showed me exactly why my chain snapped. The cassette spacer was never put back in and my hub wasn’t on properly. He fixed it right up, put on a new chain and a couple other minor adjustments. I was happy with the price. But the thing I was happiest for was the way my bike rode when I left. It was night and day. Not once did it skip gears and was a smooth ride. Thank you so much for getting me back up and on the road quickly. You are my new place. Even though you are on the other side of town I will make the trip. Great job!

Moral of the story. You get what you pay for. Cheap Facebook mechanic usually guarantees you cheap results.

Amazing experience! I needed a clamp for my seat, the gentleman came out to my car to check the size I needed, then came back with a few options to see what worked best. Extremely knowledgeable staff and great customer service, something I thought didn't exist anymore but I stand corrected. Highly recommend this place!

The store doesn’t look big from outside but they have a large selection of bike to suit every budget.they have metered parking in front of the store. They also have almost all of the products required for the bike: hats, shoes, clothing and other accessories.

I went to this bike shop to buy my bike. The owner is very friendly, he is doing all the fitting to make sure my seat height and the handle bar fit me perfectly then he has his technician make all necessary adjustments as well as tighten all the nuts and bold, check the gear shifting and proper tire inflation. I am very happy with my purchase as the price is reasonable and the service is impeccable.
