Hi, I went to West Valley Clinic in Caldwell and I experienced a wonderful time there first thing that you could get checked in and that was quick and then the person came out called my name that was quit. They’re polite and all has seen the doctor Christina Jones, and she was very concerned of what I had to say. She sit there and listen to what I had to say. Then she made some referrals and explained everything to me and called over that have a blood test done and she explained everything to me so I understood everything. I had a great experience going there. I recommend this place to anybody that needs to go see a doctor that has medical problems. Thank you. The staff was great thank you all I really appreciated it. Quick and easy time checking in at the front desk. Longer than usual wait to see the doctor but my appointment was crammed in as a result of scheduling issues with the doctor, so no hard feelings. The doctor was patient, listened and addressed my medical issues and my input on the matter then explained his treatment plan. All in all, a very good appointment.

I had a very good experience with Alyssa yesterday. She and all her staff are incredibly welcoming and friendly. She listened to me closely, which I am not used to. I would recommend this practice to anyone who wants a great experience.

She answers my questions thoroughly and addresses concerns appropriately. Dr. Heather Norburg is my new doctor and she is amazing, professional, and knowledgeable.
