It's best not to deal directly with the towing companies but deal with third party like NTT (NearestTowTruck.com). When you have issue your the third party can help you. Towing companies are obligated to deal with you fairly and more respectfully else they can lose contract with NTT. You are a client of NTT and not of the towing company. You get a better rate since you have the negotiating power of a group. I had my car towed for just $60 while the same company that serviced me, i called earlier were charging me $90.

If your looking for a Reputable Police Contract Towing Company within those parameters of Downtown Towing Group in District 5, I suggest you put in a formal Complaint with the Metro Toronto Police. All Tow Truck Driver Operators are to have a Metro License in their vehicle, like a Cab driver License in the backseat on the headrest with their face on it, Does Yours?

When in Doubt, Call CAA, even if your not a member, its still cheaper to call them for services. Do So!

1. THE RATES ARE POSTED IN THE OFFICE WE DO NOT PUT FAKE NUMBERS TO MAKE YOUR STORAGE RATES HIGHER IF YOU ARE SMART YOU WOUD CALL THE TORONTO POLICE SERVICES THEY WILKL TELL YOU WHERE YOUR VEHICLE IS.
2. WE ARE TOLD TO TOW YOU VEHICLES BY THE TORONTO POLICE SERVICES AND ARE NOT ANY COMPANY WE HAVE TO MEET PRICES AND STANDARDS TO GET THE POLICE CONTRACT
3.ALL PRICES ARE POSTED IN THE FRONT LOBBY AND YOU GET AN INVOICE WHEN YOU GET YOUR VEHICLE RELEASED THAT BREAKS DOWN ALL THE CHARGES OF THE TOWING AND STORAGE

Downtown towing drivers are some of the best around ...caring and on your side, They are there too help you.

Too bad only people that had there car towed away for being parked somewhere they should'nt have had it review this company...This is way it get such bad reviews.

As for the phone number goes 416-503-2300 this is there number just look on the trucks same number as here.

Prices are posted all over there office (open your eyes) ask any driver at the time of your tow they will show you the price list which are from Metro Toronto and not just made up.

when you need them your happy too see them (be nice and drivers will cut you deals)(be an asshole and get out the credit card)
When you park where you should'nt you call them jerks and other not so nice name ...think about it dummy you parked the car.

Towing company is very untrustworthy with its clients. The operators tells the client one thing and then does another thing on the bill once it has been towed. Do not trust them or you will be taken for.
