I tried hard to make sure that I'm doing things the right way. I went to Mann Eye institute because they took my insurance. I had to have caterac removed. 12/2015 over 7/2016.I took my script to the optical in the center. They said they would call to let me know what my lens would cost, I had paid for the frames. They said my lens cost $600.00. I had to paid on them.I finally paid for them so I could get my glasses I wore them for a month to get use to them, I would get headaches when they started getting worse my appointment to see the doctor two ladies did eye exams before the doctor did his. He left out of the room came back sat down, ms. Burros your eyes are so complex I I don't know. We all have different numbers, I just don't know. He finally said he needed for me to see another doctor who did her exam then another doctor came in to tell me that they had to do my lens over and that I would pay for them. $600..00 we can talk to the people in optical if maybe they could give something off, but we're not connected to them . I'm disabled and on SS. By the way this was the Katy location.I didn't get to speak to Paul Mann or mike Mann. You know if all the professionals that all came up with different numbers it's not my eyes changing that quickly.the one professional gave me her exam right after the first professional finish her exam and dilated my eyes I explain to the second professional that I'm not going to be able to see, just keep blinking and wiping our eyes.
