Very clean and professional clinic

I had a consultation booked with Bond Street Dental for an implant procedure. I showed up 10 mins early for the appointment to fill out the customary paper work. I was in the office, waiting for over 40 minutes and not a single staff, and there were at least 3 that I noticed, cared enough to explain or apologize for the long delay. After 45 minutes, I got up to leave and was then told, by a surprised looking staff, that they were ready for me. I suggested that being kept waiting had used up my 1 hour parking and I walked out. Here's a suggestion for Bond Street Dental. If you are going to keep a patient waiting over 10 minutes, at least have the courtesy to explain the delay, what ever that may be. First impressions stay in one's mind. My first impression is that the doctor running this dental office thinks that his time is worth more than mine. Either that or he needs to go back to school to learn how to run a practice. When I returned home this afternoon my wife told me that the office called to re-book the appointment. That will never happen. There are too many other options for dental services in Toronto. I will never walk into Bond Street Dental again. Calling to apologize for wasting my time might have been a good idea!
