I’ve had a great experience with storage solutions in Milton ON. It’s my first time using a storage service and thought the experience was excellent from start to finish. Rates very reasonable. Access just off the highway 401, but set in the country roads. Quiet, spacious and accessible. Would definitely recommend to anyone in the area needing their services.

The facility was always in good condition and secure. When the new owners took over they paved the lot which made it even better for access. Never had any issues and if I need another storage unit, I'm coming back! We recommended this place to a famiky member and they have one now too! Thanks for the rental

This place is genuinely the best storage place I've ever used. Amazing prices, great staff, very helpful and accommodating. I asked for help on a day i thought I was screwed because I'd lost the trailer lock key for my boat. They helped me remove it at no extra cost. Seriously , highly recommend.

I used the storage for 28 days after my lease ended while I was between homes. The size, location, and convenience of night time access were very satisfying. However, the inside wasn’t perfectly clean—there were a few spots that looked like mold.
I appreciated that they sent the next month’s invoice a few days before my contract expired, which made it easy for me to plan my move-out. I wanted to extend just a few more days (2–7), but since 28 days was the minimum rental period, my schedule became a bit tight. The door was a little tricky to open and close at first, but I got used to it after a few times.
There was a beautiful Christmas tree nearby, and the warm messages on the signage made the place feel welcoming overall.

At Storage Solutions l experienced the ease and convenience of storing my own things in a storage container at the 401 and Twiss road location. I've used other storage facilities in the past, but none was as convenient for me as this location. I was hesitant to use sea crates outdoor storage as I knew my contents would be in there for some rime. It turned out to be 8 years. The units were highly insulated and sealed. I was assuming my contents would have been attacked by mice and full of mould. To my surprise everything was in perfect condition. Customer Service has always been a pleasure to deal with. After emptying the unit Storage Solutions promptly issued a refund for my unused time. I highly recommend Shorage Solutions and there cost saving units.

Stored my car here for 6 years, it was a hassle-free experience and most of the time I forgot it was even there! I always looked forward to the funny jokes on their roadside sign. If signing up I'd recommend double checking your info, Trevor didn't record my email correctly and I went several years without getting any notices, invoices or receipts. Other than that, I'd recommend this to anyone looking for an affordable storage option.

My experience with the Milton location was great. From the start it was easy to get a storage unit that was clean and secure. My interactions with the team were always nice. The closing process was easy and straightforward. Their pricing is amazing, I live in Toronto were a similar unit cost double. The easy access from the 401 made my monthly visit quick and cost efficient.

Storage solutions Milton is a first class buisness. What makes this place even better is the employees there specifically Glen. I’ve never dealt with anyone as pleasant as Glen. I tried reaching two other storage providers before speaking to Storage Solutions. What a difference! I'm glad that the first two were unavailable and did not return my calls. Otherwise, I would never have met Glenn and Trevor. Glenn and Trevor provided superior attitude and service. Great pricing and super clean property and storage pods.
