We have used Varsity tents twice now, we've just found that on the tents we've used, the side panels aren't always as secured down as we'd like them to be.
For the most part everything has been great though.
Customer service is fantastic has been every single time!!!!!!

My experience with the Varsity Tents team was fantastic, not only were the staff accommodating but they went above and beyond my expectations. I found them online and called with a list of questions. They not only walked me through the event on the phone, they came to my house and helped me visualize what the event could be like.
