I booked ticket through just travel deals through agent- located in Brampton, I need to change date which is causing me 750 + dollars, if I cancelled get nothing. Don't book ticket through travel agency. First and worst experience.

1-Spelt our names wrong , even after repeated calls they did nothing about it until I fixed it with the airline myself.
2- Did not provide any receipt , but said they provide after return??
3- Did not provide us a hotel reservation number , so the hotel kept us waiting 2 hours in the lobby to verify us .
In my 20+ years of dealing with travel agencies ,most often it is through a referral , this is the only time I will say never ever use this travel agency.

I phoned Tour East 2 days ago to get a special promotion offer from Cathy Pacific. Now I have a ticket to Hong Kong in November with a lowest price ever!! Never say those promotion advisement is not true. Special THANK YOU to Josephine Kiang for her professional service. Looking forward to book my next trip with Tour East AGAIN!!
