I had a very frustrating and disappointing experience at this corporate Verizon store. I went in because I needed help resolving an issue that resulted from miscommunication with Verizon customer service when I originally called to purchase my new phone.

When I purchased the new phone, I was told information by customer service that ultimately made it impossible for me to trade in my old phone as planned. Because of this, I was put in a situation where I could potentially be responsible for paying for both my old phone and my new phone. This was not something I caused, and I went to the corporate store specifically because I expected them to help resolve the issue.

Unfortunately, I was told there was nothing they could do. I asked to speak with the manager because I wanted to understand what was going to happen with my old phone. I specifically asked whether I would be charged for the old phone since they were not allowing me to return it, and the manager told me that I would not be charged.

I then asked for something in writing or some type of confirmation showing that I would not be charged, which I think was a completely reasonable request given the situation. Instead of providing any documentation or helping me resolve the issue, she handed me an 800 number and told me to call customer service — the exact department that had caused the problem through the original miscommunication.

At that point, I felt completely dismissed and undervalued as a customer. I came to a corporate store expecting someone to take ownership of the situation and help find a solution, especially since the issue was not caused by me. Instead, I was sent back to customer service without any real resolution or reassurance.

I left the store extremely frustrated and angry. Customer service should be about listening to customers, taking responsibility when there has been a communication error, and making a genuine effort to resolve the problem. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here.

I had a great experience at the Verizon store. I switched from T-Mobile to Verizon because I need signal. Jennifer was amazing. I got the phones I wanted at a really great deal. She really did do a lot to get me going. Thank you so much! Jennifer. I will gladly recommend you to everybody. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Loyal customer for 15 years. That's what it says when I open on my Verizon app.

A normal customer on 5G home Internet can go to any Verizon store and swap out a bad modem.

Not a loyal customer who signed up for $25 for 10 years 5G home Internet when it first came out.

I have to get a refurbished modem in the mail in 3 to 5 days.

This will be my third modem since signing up.

I want someone from Verizon to show me the fine print, from my deal, that explains the sub standard treatment I will receive by agreeing to the a deal they offered years ago.

Extremely unhappy LOYAL CUSTOMER!

The best way you can make this right is put me on the $35/month normal people plan, that allows me to replace bad equipment over the counter, and discount it $10/month until 10 years from when I signed up in November 2022.

OUTSTANDING customer service by their new business rep Angel at the Old Moultrie location in St Augustine FL!!! He renewed our faith in Verizon. If it was not for him we would no longer be w Verizon. He is outstanding, quick, extremely responsive and goes above and beyond to work for the customer. I truly cannot say enough good things. He is an outstanding employee and employees like that are extremely hard to come by.
