Went into the store because my phone was stolen while on vacation and I needed a replacement. Instead of being helpful and empathetic, the saleman took advantage of the situation and told me in order to get any new deals I had to purchase another phone line along with an "upgraded" phone. Long story short...I've been dealing with VZ customer service for over a month trying to reverse the damage this guy caused to my account by him lying and saying I needed a new line and selling me a phone that was not "on us" like he assured me it was. I NEVER needed an upgraded phone or new line!!! I just wanted a phone that didn't cost me more than I was already paying. However, since I don't live in this area, I could not simply drive back to the store and return the phone he misled me into buying. Shady sales practices, and shady service. What ever happened to doing the right thing for the customer? Hope that was his last commission.......

CJ and Diego were absolutely incredible. They spent over two hours helping me, and the entire time they were patient, kind, and genuinely focused on making sure I was taken care of. They helped me get a great deal on my Apple Watch, charged both my phone and the watch, and took the time to walk me through exactly how to use everything.

What stood out most was how patient and genuine they were throughout the whole experience. They never made me feel rushed and truly took customer service to another level, which I’m not used to. Their attention, care, and professionalism honestly reminded me of the kind of 5-star service you experience in Japan.

I’m very grateful for all their help. CJ and Diego are beautiful people with great energy, and they made this such a positive experience. Highly recommend working with them.

I want to make it clear that Verizon is not getting this 5 stars.
I was called yesterday about a $200 promotion for a new smart watch. We booked an appointment at a local branch the very next day, less than 24 hours. The branch had one person working at the time of my appointment and they were dealing with a walk in customer having issues. I held my patience and let the man work. I was helped 25 minutes after my appointment time.
That being said.
Elias was the one who helped me today and he was amazing and worthy of this 5 star review. For some reason the $200 promotion verizon had made the appointment for vanished in less than that 24 hours.

Elias let me know they had a killer promotion on getting into a pixel 10 xl as well as getting the pixel watch. Id be upgrading to a newer phone and smart watch with a better plan for less money than my current plan. He worked the math with me, it made sense and after comparing my current phone to the pixel 10 and watch I was sold.

Would recommend Elias to help you through the scary transition that is getting into not only a new phone but a new technological culture such as the Google pixel.
