We hired Real Rock Design to install floor and shower tile in our master bathroom (October 2019). After 3-4 weeks the grout in the corners of the shower had cracked. It took 4 weeks for Real Rock's owner to respond to our requests for a fix. Eventually a worker came and applied silicone in the cracked corners. The silicone is a mess, smeared and uneven where a pro would have applied and even smooth bead. The owner has not responded to our further requests to fix the situation including calls from the Better Business Bureau. Stay away if you want professional quality work.
