I came in to sell some jewelry and was quickly greeted and assisted. Before I left, I took a chance and asked if they would be willing to look at a Rolex. It looked busy but Adam took quite a bit of time to research my question and spent time with me discussing why he came to the estimate he did, sentiment behind the watch and we engaged in overall friendly banter. I appreciated his time and kindness. When I need services completed or to purchase something I will continue to come to this store!

Highly recommend! I dropped a weight on my hand at the gym and it bent my wedding ring. Went straight there and they helped me get it off my finger, gave me ice for my hand, and fixed my ring for free. The workers were super compassionate!!

Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. I got the wristband for an old Seiko watch resized. 10 minutes and $10 later it was a perfect fit and future resizing for the same watch will be free. Will come again.

Also a huge selection of jewelry of all kinds.

Was in town for a funeral and my sick watch had a pin drop and needed a bracelet fixed went in. They took less than 10 minutes. No charge absolutely fabulous fabulous customer service. Their selection is great on Seco watches if you like those they have some wonderful jewelry in there Will definitely go back if I’m in Indianapolis.
