Sorry as crap service. My sister called to order 8 pizzas for a birthday party and was on waiting on the phone for over 20 minutes. Inexcusable. Little Caeser got our money. Thanks. Time to get it together Domino's. Never again!!!

We have generally been big fans of Domino's and have had positive experiences with this location in the past, which is why this recent experience was so disappointing.

A little over a week ago, I placed an online order for delivery while we were hosting guests at our home. The kids were excited for pizza, but when the estimated delivery time passed, I tried calling the store several times to get an update. Unfortunately, no one ever answered the phone. After waiting, we had to make other arrangements for dinner.

Later that day, I stopped by the store to find out what had happened, only to discover that it was closed for renovations. Despite the store being closed, the website not only accepted my order, but also sent a confirmation email.

I submitted a complaint to customer service the same day, but I have never received a response. To make matters worse, the charge for the order was processed on my credit card the following week, even though the order was never made or delivered. I ultimately had to file a chargeback with my credit card company to have the charge reversed.

I completely understand that stores occasionally need to close for renovations. My frustration is not with the closure itself, but with the lack of communication and the apparent failure to disable online ordering or notify customers. The lack of follow-up from customer service and the fact that I was still charged made an already frustrating situation even worse.

I hope Domino's takes steps to improve these processes so other customers don't have the same experience.

Not sure how good the pizza is because they canceled the order. I respect the quick call though. I'll try again another time.

Update, called the store and it was a call operator and they took our order. It tastes pretty good, but was on the more expensive side.

Ridiculous! I ordered a carryout order from there. I sent my friend to go pick it up. They did not give him my entire order. So he comes back missing some of it. I call them to tell them the mistake and they tell me i need to come back to get the rest of the order i already paid for. I tell them well you all could at least deliver it since it was clearly a mistake, on their part. They tell me they can't deliver it because my pizza was on special. Are you serious? Well if it is on special maybe you all should make sure you give people their complete order the first time!! This was my first time going there, but I'll stick with pizza hut or little Caesars next time. At least they try to make up for their mistakes.
Update: Decided to give them another try after years of not going there. Yep, still horrible! Pizza was cold and burnt up. The wings were a soggy mess.

Took an hour and half to receive wrong and cold food. Ordered both pizzas with pepperoni and bacon. Cold and Had no bacon on either of them. Philly tater tots that’s supposed to have peppers and onions and steak. Had maybe 2 quarter sized pieces of meat and cold. Lava cakes the picture describes them. They have sat so long the oil was all over the box and they were cold.
