1st chance- pizza was under cooked and still doughy (both of them).. I was tired, chalked it up, went to bed without dinner.

2nd chance- ordered online, tracker said worker was making and estimated time to be done was 18-28 minutes. OK, I check the tracker again 20 minutes later and they still are not in the oven?? But I’m already at the store, so I check in that I have arrived. All of a sudden they are in the oven.
By now they should be rolling out of the oven, but I text my friends and tell them just a little longer. Finally, I get back to the house and one of the pizzas I had specifically without onions because a friend doesn’t like them, and behold, it was covered! But it only had 4 entire mushrooms on it? That’s not even 1 per slice. But I bet we got 1/4 of an onion.

I would rather eat Papa Murphys! At least I know what I’m getting there.

Worst service from any Domino's i have ever gotten. Waited over 1 1/2 hours for only half of my order to show up. In one of the largest hotels in Casper. Only 1.5 miles from the Domino's. No would you like napkins or plates. I even met the driver at the front door. Because the person that took my order didn't ask what room I was in.

This is a photo of my thin crust pepperoni pizza I got from Dominoes in Casper, Wyoming. I wanted the special offer and swung by to get it. It was terrible partly burned and probably the worst I’ve ever had. I’ve eaten $2 micro wave pizza better than this. It was so bad that I felt that others should know. How can a pizza burn when it’s on a belt?

But the one thing I had that was great was the bread bits. They were great.

I live in Rolling Hills but went straight home. So very sad. This used to be a favorite of mine. But I don’t think it will ever be again.

The staff are fantastic, and to all who whine about "high prices" -- use Domino's digital coupons! Through these coupons, I normally shave off 1/3 of every bill and still get everything I want.

I like ordering from Domino's cause the pizza is always pretty good, but as of late I've noticed the most recent times that my order is missing toppings. Like for instance the pizza I ordered today as of writing this was a: Brooklyn Style Crust, with extra pepperonie, extra sausage, onions, extra black olives, and red peppers. I did intend to put mushrooms, but my finger must have slipped. That still doesn't excuse why literally half of the things I did order to be on there weren't. There was no sausage, or onion. When I called to complain they asked if they could take the old pizza back and I said sure and asked why cause I know they won't be able to do anything with it and they said "It's incase you're scamming" Well I posted a picture of the pizza I ordered below this review. It does look good do not get me wrong, but you can plainly see there are no sausages nor onion There is rarely a bad pizza, but when you order something from a place and you pay for that item to be specific. you should get what you paid for without ridicule or being accused of being a scammer. That was utterly rude and of them to flat out accuse me when they are the one's who actually did mess up and I wasn't even mad about the mess up. Just fix my order, if you wanted the pizza back just ask for it back. I had no issue of giving it back if I wasn't accused of being a scammer. So to those reading this. Check your orders before the driver leaves or you leave the business. Save yourself the frustration.
