Have been coming here since I found this salon on Google. I can honestly say the reviews I read about how great this salon is (and especially the owner Tim) were spot on. I drive here weekly from Burlington for his expertise and am never disappointed. He is always polite and considerate to his clients. He's very well trained and current with his skill level. I highly recommend this salon and I know you will be as pleased as I am with his talent. A great find and a rare jewel of a stylist.

What a great place to go to get my hair done Tim the owner is always pleasant and offers great suggestions on how to deal with all my hair issues. My hair is the healthiest it has every been and we have a colour that makes me look years younger. The best experience I have ever had in a salon. Tim listens, makes suggestions, works with your hair type and face shape. All those magazine articles that you've read about a stylist really tuning in to you and your hair happens at Odyssey. I've been asking at other places for years if they could turn down the redness in my face, mentioned it to Tim and voila, it's done! He is efficient, professional and friendly. I'm turning 40 soon, thank goodness for Tim! I've never had more compliments!

After reading all the reviews online i decided to take a chance and go see Tim. I have damaged over processed hair. Not only did he make me feel comfortable about chopping off a bunch of my length, he was honest and told me my hair was in a much better place now that it was before. He gave me great tips to take home with me. My hair has never felt this healthy!

For a while I was nervous to get my hair cut again after a bad incident at a different salon, then for the first time I decided to try out odyssey since it was close to my house , and it was the best decision I made ! He did exactly what I wanted to be done to my hair! Actually he did even better then I wanted . My hair looks perfect , full and soft . I have never been so hAppy with the way my hair turned out until today ! Amazing! Came in with a botched coloured and cut job. Tim not only saved my hair, he made it look fabulous! He gave me a custom blonde that was the colour I had as a child. I can't remember the last time my hair felt this healthy AND after I just had my whole head bleached!! Tim is def the best at what he does!!! 5 stars all the way!!!

I met Tim today for the first time. After a few bad experiences over the past few years with other salons (and self), he was able to tell me exactly what I needed to correct my colour and overall health of my hair and scalp. Although sceptical at first, I put my trust in him completely.
Not only does Tim provide a positive experience, but also an educational one. He is very passionate about his work and is a true professional.
I am super happy with my colour and look forward to being a long-time client of Tim's.

Tim is by far the best stylist I have ever been to. He took the time to analyze my face shape, eye colour, and even the colour on my arm before he made any recommendations. My hair was an orangish blonde, and was cut very unevenly by my last hairdresser. Tim coloured it a beautiful brunette with some light highlights. He has a special conditioner that makes hair shiny and healthy looking. He is truly an artist, and a really good guy who loves what he does. His services are very reasonably priced, especially considering the time he spends. I am so impressed with him, and am looking forward to my next visit. Thanks Tim!

Tim had been recommended to me by my mother and sister in law. My hair had been stripped by a friend from a dark mahogany brown to what was supposed to be a light brown. It ended up being a horrible coppery shade. I had several "colour corrections" done by the same person and it just seemed to get worse each time. It was breaking off and I could barely get a brush through it. It was mix of copper, and yellow/brassy tones, and it felt like straw.
THIS MAN SAVED MY HAIR!
Not only did he completely correct the colour so that there was no evidence of orange/yellow/brass, but when he was done with it, it felt like real hair again. It is so soft and shiny. I am aware that it will take a while it for it to be completely healthy through and through again, but considering what it looked like when I went in there, it is gorgeous!
I don't usually write reviews, however I felt that this experience deserved one.
I HIGHLY recommend this salon, and I will never go anywhere else again!

I moved to Canada from Los Angeles, CA. I always had my hair done in salons that work with Black hair.
I found Odyssey while searching google for a Black hair salon. After talking to Tim,the owner, I decided to come in have him look at my hair. He gave me colour suggestions, cut and styled my hair with the Steam Pod. The steam pod worked magic on my hair, making it straight and lasting a full week.
That was the best decision I made for myself. My hair has never looked better. I am extremely happy.

Before Tim my hair was dead, dull and completely uneven from a horrible hair cut about a year ago. Now it is a gorgeous colour, shiny and a lot more even (I still have a few pieces of hair that need to grow out). I don't think my hair has ever felt so soft in my life! Like many, I looked on the internet for reviews for a hairdresser in the Niagara region. I case across Tim and everything everyone said. I kind of thought... "All these sound the same, no way he's that good". I figured cause I haven't got haircut by someone other than myself in over a year, he couldn't really screw up. I had long hair past my chest and wanted to go short. I had a picture and I asked him to go a little longer than what it showed because every time I get a haircut the hairdresser ALWAYS goes way shorter than I want. So i figured by saying to go a bit longer it would end up the same length. He literally did not go over where he said he would go over, it was exactly where i said to go. That really impressed me! And then he gave me a bunch of tips on hair to do my hair cause I like the wavey beach girl look! And with past haircuts after I wash my hair, I always end up hating it and after 3 now I loveeee it!!! I'm 21 and like to keep up with trends... go with Tim!! :)

I went to Tim's salon due to the ratings he got on the internet. And the ratings are not overestimated! Tim is really gifted! I was in many hair salon all over Europe and even New York. However, in my whole life no hair dresser took so much time before he or she started coloring or cutting my hair. Tim considered my skin type, my face form, my hair structure. He even looked into my eyes before he recommended me colors and a cut. And he thoroughly explained to me what he did and why he did it. Furthermore, I had very specific and precise ideas how it should look like in the end. And Tim took the time to 100% satisfy my wishes. Also the price surprised my in a positive way!

I in any case recommend going to Tim. You won't regret it!

Today I had a appointment with Tim after I had a hairdresser overprocess my hair with a straightner and color and a bad color at that. My hair is so damaged and breaking off just terrible. After seeing all these great reviews I had to try out this salon for myself, and was pleasantly surprised and trusted Tim and the process he has to do to get my hair healthy again. He did a beautiful cut and showed me how to get thru this tough time in four weeks he will change my color. Thanks so much for a wonderful experience and taking the time out for a consoltation and making me understand how to have healthy hair.

Tim is absolutely amazing! I have had my hair coloured and cut in Mississauga, Toronto , Ottawa, Montreal etc and I have never experieneced a colorist or stylist as professional and as good as Tim. My hair is beautiful !! I have never been so pleased with my hair in all of my life. There are 128 Reviews on this page and a 5 star rating, which is no underestimate of how spectacular Tim is. Not only can he make anyone's hair look better than ever, he also takes the time to get to know his clients on a personal level. He evaluates his clients based on their skin tone,hair texture and personal preference. He is reasonably priced and will always have his customers best interest in mind. With that being said, Tim will not push products on his clients or recommend treatment that is useless for his clients.
I will never go anywhere else for my hair !!!

I went to Tim with frumpy,brassy blonde hair....he worked his magic and now I am the perfect champagne blonde...not too ashy..not too golden.
He also cut my hair to suit my square face shape...and to help me grow out the bob I previously had.
Get his conditioning treatment..it will make your hair so soft and bouncy and manageable.
Tim really knows what he is doing and he does not take shortcuts. I am so happy I found him...spent too many years with bad hair....and paid a small fortune to walk out of salons never totally happy. My hair feels and looks great after being at Tim's and so much easier for me to manage.
He has a great personality...cannot thank him enough!
