I ordered wings at 9:15 PM in the drive thru and the girl taking my order told me it would have been a 12 minute wait. She asked for my first name to identify the order and said it was ok to wait in the parking lot. 12 minutes turned into 45 minutes, 45 minutes turned into an hour and I never got my wings. I went back to the drive thru and asked for a refund at 9:55 PM. This time a different person was helping me and asked me for my name, phone number, and order number to find my order in the system to void it. I told her that the first person only asked for my name and she had to come back to the window twice to tell me they couldn't find it. Yet every time she goes back to the little computer to look for it, I can see her and the manager laughing and joking around. I never once saw either of them go to the back and check on the status of my order. This doesn't add up to me because if there was a real concern about a customer's bad experience, wouldn't you think they'd at least try to find out what the problem is? Neither of them looked like they were taking the situation seriously and waiting for them to void it took another 20 minutes and neither of them ever told me where my order was even after voiding it. The manager didn't apologize, offer any solutions or explanations. He just stared at me through the window behind the girl and she had the nerve to ask me if I'd like to order anything else. This place and their service is a joke.
