They have had my mother's money since last summer.
We have a record of phone calls. We have been trying to get in contact with "Stephen" but geez I guess he's a really busy guy.
We've been told that the work would be done last October (we have records of this). Then before Christmas 2025.
It is now June 9, 2026 and we still can't get a call back.

Be VERY wary of this business.

Stephen and the team at Seal & Save were fantastic to work with! Communication was always prompt, and he went above and beyond in accommodating our needs, which included getting our windows installed (including one custom fit window) on a tight timeline to ensure we were eligible for the Canada Greener Homes Grant before the official deadline.

The team were very efficient during installation, and did a great job cleaning up afterwards. They were also clear in communicating issues that came to their attention during installation, including some pre-existing rot that had been found. They advised us on what steps should be taken to address these issues in the future.

During a post-retrofit evaluation that was required as part of the Canada Greener Homes program, the inspector stated that the windows used by Seal & Save were high quality and commented on how well they were installed.

Overall we had a great experience and highly recommend for any home renovation projects!

Steve has been excellent to deal with! I was fairly clueless about ordering windows and doors for my house and he guided me in the correct direction from what I said I was looking for! He also helped me ensure the measurements were correct and came by twice to double check that he had everything ordered correctly which I greatly appreciated! In addition, I ordered my windows fairly close to winter and he offered to hold them at the shop until the weather was better to easily accommodate my needs. Highly recommend - Thanks for everything!

I would recommend Seal and Save to anyone looking to get work done on their house. Seal and Save installed our windows and doors, completed attic insulation and just recently put new siding and insulation on our house. Stephen has been great to deal with and was very helpful and responded very quickly whenever we had questions or made changes. The work they do is high quality and looks great! I have recommended Seal and Save many times to family members who also ended up getting work completed by them and were very satisfied with the result.

Stephen and the guys at Seal & Save Insulation are the best. They replaced our main floor windows and patio door. They are very professional and a pleasure to watch while they are at work. They are a smooth, coordinated team. The detail and care put into everything is amazing. They take care of the trim on the inside and outside, clean everything up and take the old windows away. If there's any rot they don't hesitate to replace the wood. They even moved a window over a bit for us and built out the ledge for the kitchen window so my wife could put her plants up in the window. I look forward to having them do more work for us in the future. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend these guys. I had positive reviews from other people about them and I was thinking they can't really be that good but yes they are. Thank you to Stephen and the guys.
