DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON. Absolutely unprofessional service and a waste of time. I thought I would give this place a try and when I made an appt via phone the person who answered was annoyed and unfriendly. They took my name and I confirmed an appt, although they sounded reluctant to take me. When I got there no one said hello or greeted me. When the woman who answered the phone (I distinctly recognized her voice) finally decided to acknowledge me she asked my name and acted like she never heard of it. She said "I don't know what to tell you, but we don't have an appt for you". If this place doesn't want to take on new customers they need to be straightforward rather than blatantly wasting someone else's time.
