I was shopping yesterday and saw a coat and picked it up yesterday and had to try it on in order to know what size. A customer service woman, walked up to my face and "(said that if you touch it you have to buy it or we have to throw it in a bin for days.)" What a disgrace, I told her that I am purching it. I got to the register and she was behind the counter, and i told her never to approach me again while i was shopping. she immedialety called a manager without my consent. The manager quoted that this is our policy. There is nothing posted anywhere that you cannot try on a jacket, and other people were trying on sweaters in the mirror. After all of the money I have spent in this store, I am done. The did not even appolize. I can only imagine how many fingers touched this coat and everyone is touching everything in the store. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. The customer deserves more respect from this. Shame on you TjMaxx.
