I used Monica Classic Cakes in November 2015 for a baby's Christening and I must admit it was worth every single penny spent. Service par excellance, great communication during and before picking up. Great feedback. Overall she is an amazing person with great business attributes and attitude. Her product was of the highest standard and quaity I have seen and tasted in a very long time, totally fit for royality. Her presentation and packaging was great, above and beyong my expectations not only in appearance but taste and texture. I would, will recommend her Cake services to any everyone who is looking at add cakes to their celebration and festivities. Ps. Her rum cake is the bomb!

Monica's cakes are simply the best. I have been purchasing cakes from Monica for years and I haven't had a bad one yet. I purchased a cake from Monica back in 2002 as a gift for my friend's wedding. I travelled all the way to New York City and the cake remained in tact. Monica was also kind enough to lend me her equipment to set up the cake. Everyone loved the cake.
I would give Monica 5/5 for her cakes.
Monica is a wonderful person.
