I was on a strict budget and had visited 5 other stores where i felt uncomfortable and unheard when trying on dresses. When I went to Best for Brides and met with Jennifer my whole dress search experience changed for the better. She actually listened to what my budget was, what I was looking for, and thought outside the box to accommodate me. It was an amazing experience and I am so glad she was working with me that day. She gave me options and worked with me to explore different options. I found my dream dress in this store. I walked pass the store and I was very attracted by the range of dresses they had. It was obvious they had many options, and the most important thing there was space to try the dresses it wasn't crowded like most of the shop I went into and that's because the shop is quite big and well organised. I bought a wedding dress and they did all the alterations I wanted to create my dream dress! I went to so many shops and every time all what they cared about was to sell me a dress but at Best for Bride they were by my side from the beginning to the end. They did all the alterations while I was wearing the dress to make sure they did it right, they spent weeks and weeks to do it, I can not be enough thankful for the time they spent on my dress. I really felt looked after and it was the most beautiful experience a bride can have. Thank you so much Best for Bride for all your kindness and patience with me.

I'm so happy to say that I had an excellent, easy experience buying my wedding dress directly from Best For Bride. After looking at countless bridal shops, I discovered this place and almost immediately found the dress. The boutique was cute, sales help great, and most importantly, I would have worn almost any of their dresses. The dresses may not be cheap, but they are still affordable considering the excellent design aesthetic and uniqueness.

I love this place.

I was dreading this whole wedding dress shopping experience but found it fun while at Best for Bride's. The woman who helped me(Denise) was relaxed and not pushy. A plus was that she picked a dress out for me that I would never have chosen and I ended up choosing it for my wedding!

I would definitely recommend this place.

My daughter and I visited Best fir Brides July 12th and thoroughly enjoyed our shopping experience. . She found a wedding gown and I found a MOB gown. Jan was our consultant and we found her to be very personable - friendly, helpful, pleasant etc. We also went to Izabelle and the staff there were very snobby, not friendly or helpful at all and even if we found a dress there we would not have purchased from there. Sophir's Bridal had a large selection and were fairly nice and had the same gown there that my daughter liked at B for B but my daughter wanted to purchase Jan at B For B because of her good customer service (like a family member)

This is probably the worst bridal shop I have ever been too. While shopping for the bride's dress, they were ok. But while shopping for the bridesmaid dress, they were rude and unprofessional. They really are amateurs and have no idea what they are doing.

I really amazed by their service and their wedding dresses collection. Huge, high quality, competitive prices and good customer service. I picked up one wedding dress from Best For Bride a week ago and got the dress today. So sweet...the dress looks awesome, fit on my body and only need a little alteration. Our first visit to Best for Brides Etobicoke went well so we decided to order from there. Our second visit started out well but unprofessional comments about the girls’ measurements were made by the Sales Associate during measuring. 5 of the 6 dresses arrived together, 1 of the 5 damaged. The Sales Associate sent this dress in for dry cleaning but it came back in worse condition. She then said the issue was out of her hands, so I tried reaching the Store Manager, Donna, but she was off sick. I was finally able to get in touch with the Owner, Olga, who was a nightmare to deal with. She tried avoiding the situation of fixing the dress and tried making it seem like the problem was mine and not hers to fix. She finally got in touch with Mori Lee and together they got the dresses cleaned again. Yes, I say dresses…turns out the 6th dress that “hadn’t arrived yet” was there the whole time but was damaged. No one communicated this to us – ever. We were just told it was sent for cleaning "just in case". When the dresses were ready for pick up, Olga called my bridesmaid and told her they were ready for pick up and in good condition. I went with her and both dresses were still damaged. I called Olga from the store and told her the dresses were still damaged. I asked her why we would be told they were in good condition when they in fact were not. I asked her if she had looked at them before calling us and she said no, that she wasn’t the one who picked them up. I asked her what her resolution was and she told me nothing as there wasn’t anything more she could do. She offered me $30 off each dress which to me was unacceptable, I requested 50% off each of the damaged dresses and the girls had no choice but to wear them damaged on the wedding day. The lack of professionalism at this Company is ridiculous. The Sales Associate who had been helping us through our first two appointments was in the store the last day we were there and never acknowledged us at all. The owner was unprofessional and should not be running a business if she can’t provide the customer service she praises her company about on her website. This place was horrible and I made it very clear to the owner, the manager and the staff, that we will never return and we will be sure to spread the word to others about our horrible experience.

My experience at best for bride was amazing I had Gordana as my consultant and she is awsome very friendly,patient and understanding. Gordana went on and beyond to help me find the perfect dress not only once but twice after i purchased the dress i didnt really like so I went back again to find another dress that Gordana thought I would love and she was right i fell in love with my perfect dress. Gordana has a perfect personality for what she does and very nice attitude I couldnt of been happier with my visit and the time I shared with Gordana I have grown to love her like family :). The staff is very nice and welcoming i highly recommend this place.

Hands down, the friendly bridal shop I have visited. When I called to make an appointment and asked if it was okay to bring a friend (another bride-to-be) they were great. I did give the woman on the phone an idea of what I was looking for and I found the perfect dress for my wedding here - and saved so much money over the other bridal shops I'd been to. And my frend found a lovely dress for her wedding here too.

I went to best for bride because i heard they had cheap beautiful dresses my friend didnt lie. The first dress i tried on i fell in love with it but for the sake of it i tried another one one but it just wasnt right, the store clerk she was patient with me even thought i tried my dress on for 3 times before coming to a final decision and she did not complain at all .
