Recently purchased my ram 1500 from South Trail Chrysler. The process at the start took quite some time to get going. I met up with my sales rep right when i got there. He was prompt in asking me what i was looking for and offering me a coffee. The downfall was it was pretty much me who had to say lets sit and talk about numbers. There was very little mentioning of deals or a new price on a certain truck i was looking at. He brought up some rebates, but then told me the trucks sticker price and left it at that. The manager finally got involved so we didn't keep going back and forth and the process sped up and we finally reached an agreement on the truck i wanted.

He set up the appointment, prepared all my options and gave me a run down of what I could get me Self into which was a range of prices on makes and models. Hello, I would like to say I had a wonderful experience at South Trail Chrysler. The salesperson who worked with me was Rogerio Fenez, he made my experience at South Trail much more easy and relaxed. Other dealerships I have dealt with were'nt as personable as Roger. I have known Roger for approximately 1 year and I would like to let other people known more about Roger as I have. So I will try to send some people to South Trail Chrysler, and also let them know of my experience. You have a great team, very polite and a awesome staff building. I'm sorry to say but I feel some other dealerships are racist but hide it well.

I recently got myself a 2016 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk from South Trail Chrysler in Calgary. Walking in I got greeted right away and was offered coffee or water. This is a newer dealership that's massive!! I think the coolest part is the Salon!! Yes! Salon in the dealership! So ladies when you're waiting for your car get your hair and nails done, sad I didn't have time to actually enjoy the Salon but what a unique touch to the dealership!
The gentleman I was working with was Roger Fenez, and he definitely went above and beyond. For me being a first time buyer I had a ton of questions and concerns, without hesitation Roger made me feel at ease answered all my questions and concerns and helped find the vehicle that was perfect for me! Roger and his team and South Trail Chrysler hooked me up with a great deal, great vehicle and even better service! I've already been recommending South Trail to all my friends, and you can expect my return business in the future!

I really enjoyed the service I received at South Trail Chrysler. This dealership impressed me very much. The service was knowledgeable, laid back, friendly and above all professional. I know a lot of companies claim that but many do not follow through. They wanted my business but they didn't hassle me!

Two months ago I visited the South Trail Chrysler 130Ave web site and left my contact info expressing interest in the Jeep lineup. WIthin minutes Brad Shannon got in contact, he listened and offered suggestions and options that I might be interested in. Brad frequently updated my email box with new information on deals always offering his expertise and genuine interest to present a jeep product that ticked off all my boxes. He did lots of negotiating and did it well, you should be very proud of this young man , he has lots of potential and is very professional and courteous. I have to say if you want an honest, conscientious sales representative that you can feel good about and refer to someone else see Nathan Walker! He is not pushy, he listens and shows upmost respect. I saw an ad on the website of South Trail Chrysler called and made an appt to see the vehicle. My husband and I were met by Nathan and we saw the vehicle and bought it that night!!!
We had been to other dealerships where a) the vehicle advertised were not even available anymore b) they tried to sell you another vehicle c) the sales rep was not even aware of your appt to see the vehicle and had no clue where it was in the lot.
Nathan followed up on all our questions and the truck was ready and clean when we picked it up

Everybody here worked really hard to earn my business. They genuinely wanted to get me into the right vehicle and with a price and financing plan that worked out for me. They even took extra time helping sort out some issues with a bad credit report and spent way more time than I would have expected them to in order to help me sort out the issue. Definitely would recommend this dealership. Ask for Terrence when you come in and he will get you into exactly the vehicle you want.

Jamie Caulder, is a great person, he completely understood my needs, I explained to him my situation and what I required from a car and he offered me the right vehicle that fulfilled my needs. I was welcomed very well and salesman was awesome following up with me to complete the sale

UNTIL THE SALE WAS COMPLETED
after signing I was pretty much forgotten , my vehicle was not detailed was not full of fuel. The windows still had stickers on them I had to track someone down to get them removed. I had to learn the instrument panel by myself. Yes not a big deal. But I have owned and purchased many vehicles and this is the first time no one went thru the operations of the dash board
Wishing I went to Ford
It has been over a month and not one follow up call
