To make a very long story as short as possible, I bought my husband an Envicta watch for a wedding present on a cruise (NOT from Kays) in October 2016. One of the hands in the watch came loose a few weeks after buying it, and we didn't know what to do. Since we had been so happy with our engagement ring and wedding bands that we bought from Kay Jewelry Outlet at Tanger Mall in N. Charleston, we asked them if they could help since they sold Envicta watches. Even though not purchased from them, they said they would mail the watch to Envicta and see what the cost would be to fix it, a process they told us might take a couple months. Envicta's response was well beyond what we wanted to spend to fix it, so we asked the watch to be mailed back. After 14 months of too many telephone calls to count, and never receiving the watch (my husbands wedding gift) back from Envicta, the great people at Kay Jewelry Outlet (they know who they are, and they know who I am, as we spoke often during this time) went above and beyond providing my husband with a new watch from their store! I will only shop at Kay Jewelry Outlet for my future jewelry needs. Thank you all for your help in getting my husband his wedding present!
