Super easy! Friendly and professional staff. Renting storage space with Access Storage made multiple moves over a short period of time easier to manage.

I would like to say that Guido was great to deal with. He was closing when I pulled up and reopened the door to get me registered/Set up. Most people would have said "sorry were closed" Its nice to see that people still care and understand how busy and hectic our schedules sometimes are. I would highly recommend this facility in particular to anyone. Cheers Guido, you made my life easier that day.

Very happy with the shiny, security etc, however I paid for a unit that was 10x15, 150sqft. The unit didn’t quite measure up to that dimension. It was actually 138sqft. I spoke to the manager who said he would talk to head office. I never heard back and every time I asked, all I received was excuses.

Super easy to set up, staff is very gentle and polite, they helped me with everything I needed.
And when I no longer needed their service, it was super easy to cancel too!!

The store manager was fantastic through my whole experience. I had never rented a storage unit before and it was a hassle free experience from start to finish. I no longer need my unit however, I will recommend Access Storage-Oakville East to family and friends.

I only needed storage for a few months here, but Guido was fantastic and always seemed genuinely happy to assist. He was able to help me out and go the extra mile in several instances. Thank you!

Guido was very professional, welcoming and helpful throughout the entire process. He explained the terms carefully, and patiently answered my questions. I liked the layout of the facility. The units looked very clean and easily accessible. The process was quick and easy. The 10x10 size was both perfect and affordable for me. I couldn't have asked for more.
Thank you very much!

Great experience, only needed the unit for a month as I was in between homes and needed a place to store my furniture. Guido was very kind and helpful, took care of my needs. I will be sure to return here once I need additional storage space again. 24 hours access is a huge bonus that other competitors don't offer.

It’s been a year now and I still have not gotten my one month rent back that they charged me after I moved out of the storage unit. The person keeps telling me “He’s looking into it” but still nothing. This place is a SCAM.

We recently rented a storage locker at Access Storage Oakville East and we couldn't be happier with our experience! From the moment we walked in, Guido was incredibly friendly and helpful. He took the time to show us around and explain all our options, ensuring we chose the right size locker for our needs.

The facility itself is clean, well-lit, and feels very secure. We love that they have state-of-the-art security systems in place, including 24/7 surveillance and keypad entry. It gives us peace of mind knowing our belongings are safe.

Accessing our lockers was easy and convenient, with flexible hours that work well with our busy schedule. They also offer climate-controlled units, which is perfect for storing our more delicate items.

Another great perk is the competitive pricing. we shopped around a bit before deciding on Access Storage, and their rates are very reasonable for the quality of service and security provided.

Overall, we highly recommend Access Storage for anyone in need of storage solutions. Excellent service, secure facilities, and great value for money!

It's virtually trouble free. On the rare occasion that we have had a small problem, it has been dealt with by Guido instantly to our full satisfaction. I have recommended this location to others who have had the same experience.

The worst customer service experience ever!

We rented a unit from Access Storage, diligently paid our monthly fees, only to have our belongings stolen due to a shocking security breach. Not only that, but also the lock on our unit was cut open with a bolt cutter, resulting in the loss of almost everything we had stored.

Upon reaching out to Access Storage for support and compensation, we were met with nothing but disappointment! According to their policy, they refused to refund our money, leaving us in a state of financial loss. We were told to pursue the insurance that we paid for at an extra cost, and that has been a six-month-long hassle with absolutely NO progress.

Despite numerous calls to the office and attempts to communicate with the regional manager, we have seen no action or progress. It is truly disheartening to feel that nobody at Access Storage cares about the distress which their negligence has caused. Our repeated efforts to seek resolution have been met with empty promises and an utter lack of responsibility on their part.
The emotional toll this has taken on us is immeasurable. Even when involving law enforcement, the lack of proper security measures, such as insufficient cameras, has hindered any meaningful investigation.
In short, my experience with Access Storage has been the WORST customer service experience ever! Their inadequate security measures, refusal to take responsibility, and broken promises have left us in a state of emotional turmoil and financial loss. I strongly advise against entrusting your belongings to a company that lacks integrity and care in a service-oriented industry.

We sold our home but didn't buy another one. We used Storage City to storage our belongings as we stayed with relatives until we purchase our next home. Experience has been good, the unit was clean and customer service was excellent. We highly recommend Storage City in Oakville.
