We rented a 10x30 unit. The staff was very friendly and helpful and made the entire process easy. The facilities are very clean and well secured with cameras and ample lighting. I would definitely recommend this business for anyone requiring a storage facility.

I am currently storing my whole life in this facility and have had a wonderful experience so far. This was a sudden move, with all arrangements made remotely and with some special considerations, including the fact that I haven't been able to get there and my movers arrived without me. West End Self Storage coordinated everything so that this could be accomplished, with me signing documents remotely. They have been helpful, polite, professional and accommodating on everything. Circumstances are stressful right now but the Gary and Serge have such lovely interaction styles that when I speak with them, I immediately feel my anxiety lifting. They are friendly, professional, informative and efficient. They have answered my questions clearly and inspire confidence that everything will work out. I highly recommend this facility.

Have yet to secure a locker, however have been in to ask questions as to the process and from what I can tell, this storage facility is hands above the rest. Gary and Serge could not have been more polite, informative, with a willingness to suggest my best options for when I'm ready to rent a unit. This is going to definitely eliminate the biggest stress factor of a move. Thanks !

Awesome clean and secure units. I've never had any pest issues. Well lit for late night loading and unloading. Office staff is super helpful and quick to call back any messages. I highly recommend West end storage... If there's no units available it's definitely worth the wait!

I have been renting a storage unit from this place for a few years now. The service is excellent. The lady at the desk and i have become fast friends. She is very polite and helps you where she can. I have recommended this place to several of my friends and will keep recommending.

Overall, a great experience. For such an automated facility, they seem to rely on paper records a little too much. Staff were efficient. Got a unit on my first request, which was unexpected and appreciated. Forgot my access card once, so had to pay 2nd $25 deposit. Stupid thing. My fault. Lesson learned.

I only needed the unit for 2 months, as we were moving. Removed everything outside of their office hours. I advised them by vm. Got a pleasant return call in about 10 min. VERY efficient! Thanks for the great experience!

Awful awful awful! The lady who works in the office is down right rude to everyone she speaks to. She will complain that people aren't there at a specific time that they said due to life happening and being stuck in traffic coming home from work. We had to help clean out one of the tenants from our home his storage unit at a timely manner that fit this particular lady's schedule and move him into a smaller unit, when we were driving away we saw a storage unit open and it was worst then this tenant of ours. The lady from the office doesn't take into consideration that my friend had a knee replacement and can't do everything like she use to. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. I wouldnt want anyone to get yelled at or spoken down to like we had in number of occassions.

I got a new storage unti and it was spotless which was nice, but i pay $130 every month for the second smallest size. Its not too too bad,but ive only ever met the one lady that works there, shes there everytime i go in to pay & shes always mean to me. :( and when i was signing up for the unit she was talking down to me the whole time, even though i was a new customer & i dont think thats how u should treat your customers when ive been nothing but nice to her. & my sister asked what storage place i used,i gave her the number and thats all i said about the place. She called me back afterwards and told me she doesnt want to go there & give them her business because of how the lady treated her on the phone, talking down to her and being rude when she was inquiring about renting a unit from them. I had never mentioned anything but the address to her, but she had the same experience i did.
