Action Party Rentals has this option on their website where you can request a FAST free quote. I requested a quote Thursday evening. Friday morning I still haven't received the quote so I decided to call. I called at 1:30 pm and spoke to a representative who said they couldnt help me at the moment because they were going on LUNCH and to call back in 45 min.

I called back in an hour and I explained I wanted a simple quote and wanted to ask a few questions about delivery times and charges. He asked me for my email or phone number and he would get back to me. After a few minutes i gave him my cell phone number and he told me he would call back soon. 4:45 no reply to my email, no phone call. How had is it to get a quote for 50 chairs, and 5 tables and some linen???

Finally i call a third time and he said he cannot help me because they are closing in 15 min!!!

I was yelling and saying I called in the morning and it takes you 6 hours to provide a simple quote? he said he would get back to me in the morning. Needless to say I gave him my two cents and hung up. Worst customer service ever!!
