My sister was in care of this horrible place. The night before my sister died I called a total of 4 time to send a nurse. Whats the point of the 24/7 nurse hotline if no one was gonna show up. They made this experience horrible.

Heartland Hospice has provided extraordinary Palliative Care for my 94 year old mother. Their nursing care has been intelligent, caring and effective and has helped my Mother stay in her home for an extended period of time. My family is indebted to them.

I’m a caretaker for multiple people & if or when the time comes for hospice care I have always referred them to Heartland. BUT THAT CHANGED AS OF TODAY! I will no longer refer anyone I care about to Heartland again. I will refer EVERYONE to the other hospice care company from now on!!….I don't know what happened to that “compassionate” attitude their brochure says they offer! No one wants to deal with rude office people who act like they don’t have the time of day for anyone calling, especially when people are dealing with end of life issues!
