Arden Court is a clean, safe and secure facility. I was impressed with the friendly staff and the level of care they show and have planned activities with the residents. I would feel comfortable recommending to my friends.

Our father was a resident at Arden Courts Memory Care for less than four weeks, but during that short time, the compassion and dedication shown by the entire staff left a lasting impression on our family.

Every staff member treated him with patience, kindness, and genuine care, even though he occasionally presented some unique challenges. They consistently went above and beyond to ensure he was comfortable, respected, and cared for with dignity.

When our father passed away, the staff’s compassion meant more to us than words can express. Many of them came to say their goodbyes, sharing tears with me and my sister. It was clear they truly cared about him as a person, not just as a resident.

One moment we will never forget was when the staff lined the hallway and lobby as he was taken to the funeral home. As the gurney was rolled toward the waiting hearse, a bell near the entrance was rung three times in his honor. It was an incredibly moving and respectful tribute that brought comfort to our family during a very difficult moment.

We are deeply grateful to everyone at Arden Courts and would highly recommend them to any family seeking compassionate and dignified memory care for a loved one.

The Staff were very caring and professional. My Dad was there for only a short time, and they bent over backwards to accommodate us on short notice. After he passed, they gave him and my brother and I a beautiful send-off that included staff, nurses, and administrators. They also presented me with a keepsake quilt. I would highly recommend Arden Courts Memory care to anyone in need of compassionate memory care services for their loved one.

This facility has gone downhill fast. What once seemed like a caring and well-managed memory care community now feels understaffed, disorganized, and inattentive to residents’ needs. Communication with families has become inconsistent, concerns are brushed off instead of addressed, and the overall level of care has noticeably

Safety and responsiveness from staff are not what they used to be, especially considering the high cost of care. Families trust these facilities with vulnerable loved ones, and it’s disappointing to see standards slipping so badly. I hope management takes these concerns seriously before more families decide to move their loved ones elsewhere.
