I got a rental disposal bin for this company, they pick up the bin 2 weeks later and charge 400 extra because the weight , I explain that when you leave 2 weeks the stuff outside it gets wet and heavier as well people start to trow more stuff there , they didn’t even respond.

Pickup and drop of were hassle-free, reservation online was super easy. The 15' truck I booked had great tires and breaks, everything was in great condition. Rashin was very friendly and even gave us a rebate for filling up gas more than what it was at upon pickup. Would book again from this location!

Varoom Mage the renting process Enjoyable. Very accommodating knowledgeable and helpful. I think it would be a nice touch though if.
U haul was to at least give them some kind of ceiling instead of ugly wires. May you have many more years of prosperous business. Thank you for an enjoyable renting experience and all of your accommodating and help .

This is my 2nd time using James Snow Self Storage-Richmond Hill. Their service has always been outstanding. Ramesh and his team have made my move much easier through their storage and Uhaul expertise. I'd definitely recommend them!

Worst service I ever had, they gave me a truck with no gas and tried to say we used it. They said we don’t know how trucks work and proceeded to say they could drive to Brampton and back on with that level of gas. In addition, They were rude and unprofessional

I had a great experience renting a U-Haul truck here. The staff was very friendly and attentive, more than any other neighbourhood location I've been to. It was the smoothest pickup and drop-off I've ever experienced as well. Will absolutely be coming back here for future truck rentals.

Things has really changed with this location. Their staff are so friendly and helpful. Now they offer 24/7 storage access. Highly recommended if you are looking for a good storage with reasonable pricing.

Zero stars. The Uhaul site told me I could have a mobile pick up at this location, then they called and left a voicemail the day before my move saying I'd have to wait until they opened to pick up my truck (even though I booked a month in advance). When I called them back, the first operator hung up as soon as I said I had an issue. When returning the truck after hours, the mobile app asked for my location, then wouldn't let me input it. I will never use Uhaul or this particular location again!
