They moved my mother-in-law into an apartment last week, and the two guys were absolutely fantastic. They were on time, they worked hard all day, they were personable, no damage to anything. And very reasonable price-wise. I would highly recommend them.

Sending a bow of gratitude to the team @ Adler's Moving Systems...we had precious cargo (a 120+ year old piano) moved from one house to the next...thankfully the move went swimmingly, the team were utmost in their professionalism, placing large blankets on the hardwood floors prior to the heavy lifting, allowing the men traction and giving us peace of mind. Everything was smooth and easy, I also want to send a thank you note to Heather who helped facilitate this process with such ease, care and quality of communication. Thank you to the gang @ Adlers, should another move happen in our lifetime, we know who we will be calling...not ghostbusters, haha :) We appreciate the integrity and deliberation brought to this tenuous situation, sincerely, Brigitte & David :)

We hired this company for an out of town move, 4 months ago. I took some time to collect my thoughts before this review.I had placed everything we needed for our last night, and anything I didn't want to go with the movers, in a bedroom closet, and had told the driver, to let his crew know, not to touch anything in this closet. No problem was his response. Anyways, I had noticed that my cremation cross necklace I had just purchased, was missing. It was for my sister's ashes. Of course, I didn't notice until they were all gone. I stopped in to the office before I left the city. The owner made me feel like he thought it was all me. I suggest anytime you use a moving company, to place any valuables out of sight. Perhaps in your car. Would not recommend this.

The workers showed up and one man was smoking while he walked up to our vehicle. I am extremely allergic to smoke and asked him to smoke elsewhere. This man was extremely rude ignorant and swearing when I was telling them how to load belongings. He did not seem to understand that heavy bins and boxes go on the bottom and not light ones. Intelligence is obviously NOT a requirement of workers at Adler and not hygiene either as he stank like old cigarettes and alcohol. He started swearing and yelling and then told us to do it ourselves and left with the other worker in tow. The other younger man was pleasant and warmer as was the two men I hired a month ago. However the employees at the company did not care about how the worker treated us and left us to unload our trailer. All he said was sorry. Definitely DO NOT hire this company especially as the management of the company does not care if people are left in a lurch. If I could give no stars I would. I am glad they left because as I read other reviews people's belongings were broke and this man definitely would have broke our belongings. There are many other moving companies to hire.

Recently had Adler move our large furniture pieces and appliances to our new house (5 min drive from our old house). To say it was a horrible experience is not even close. To start, no one contacted us to do a walk through to confirm our quote or confirm the move. Then the movers showed up on the day of the move with the wrong size truck and one less person than was promised. The supervisor had to come out and confirm stuff. Then while they had to go back to base to get different equipment. We were told they would stop the time until the new equipment and additional staff showed up but they charged us for the whole time and the additional staff never showed up.
The movers complained about the amount of stuff to move and that it was up/down stairs. Along with breaking our nursery recliner/rocking chair.
To the point, my husband busted his butt hauling stuff out of our house just so the move would be faster as the team were slow and whiny.
If I wasn’t several months pregnant, my husband and I would’ve done it ourselves but seeing as I can’t lift a washer, dryer, and refrigerator we hired movers.
We were assured that they were going to be exceptional and came highly recommended.
I would definitely not book with this team again.

Smooth service from start to finish and quite affordable. Good communication, professional with no missed deadlines. We did encounter an issue after opening some boxes that sat in storage for several months with obvious mice infestation. Unfortunately they permanently damaged some original unused and irreplaceable antique linens. Adler offered two months free storage for compensation which we were quite satisfied with. Just above and beyond service from the people doing the bookings to the two gentlemen that came to offload. The movers that packed it at my starting location ended up not doing a great job and Adler Movers sompletely salvaged and fixed it on this end. Without them I would have lost so much stuff. Also, just super down to earth and friendly and did it all in record time. HIGHLY recommend and will use them every time.

I made these poor guys work so hard.
They had to move me out of my 2 bedroom well furnished apartment with 3 flights of stairs. They did it and in record time. I was moved into my house within 4.5 hrs. I can't thank them enough. I was also very happy with the reasonable rate.
Hopefully I never move again, but if I do I know who to call. I will recommend to friends and family.
