Highly recommend Maple Leaf Storage on Fawcett Road! The facility is always clean, secure, and very easy to access. They have plenty of carts available, which makes moving items in and out so much easier. Patrick is fantastic, and Khushi is incredibly kind, helpful, and accommodating. The customer service here really stands out. If you’re looking for a reliable storage facility, this is definitely the place to go!

Had a really great experience here. The two staffs we met when arranging our storage unit were both incredibly helpful and friendly, and the monthly pricing was very reasonable as well. The entire facility was also very clean and well maintained.

It’s a bit unfortunate that we were only looking for a short-term rental from the beginning, otherwise we definitely would’ve stayed longer. I'll absolutely recommend this place to friends who are looking for long-term storage!

I DO NOT recommend this storage unit to anyone. I rented a 4x5 unit and eevn though initially it was reasonable they kept on increasing the rent. What started from $150+tax/month went to $182/month in the name of insurance. Then they had the audacity to increase the rent ONCE AGAIN. At that point I had to remove all my stuff from their stirage facility.

BAD EXPERIENCE with them.

Great experience here, 100% recommend. I've had two units here over the space of about 2 years and no complaints. Even switching to a smaller unit was not a problem. Staff are particularly helpful and pleasant to deal with.

DO NOT KEEP your stuff here! Their storage facilities are NOT SAFE. We had our storage locker robbed, which can easily be done from the top of your unit (see attached photos). We lost $2000 + worth of stuff as someone just reached down with a hook and took our stuff. Unfortunately, nothing could be done as they only keep video footage for 14 days, and the facility holds no responsibility for your stolen items. I understand that they need some kind of hole for ventilation, but the way Maple Leaf does it is just reckless and they don't care to safely store your stuff. We recently switched to a storage facility that covers the top of their lockers with mesh wire, which feels much more secure.

I had a great experience renting the storage locker. The facilities have heat and are environmentally controlled. They are kept clean and regularly maintained to keep them pest free. The staff is very helpful, polite and kind. The security is good too. My items were kept in good condition. I would definitely rent another locker from this location when the need arises. It is a very convenient location too. It is great if you have a business and need to store extra product or supplies. Some items are not allowed for safety and health reasons. Also the facilities smell clean.
