I am the maintenance technician for motel in Madison AL. Guy calls and said he wanted to send sample product for drain cleaning,a few days later we received a two gallon bucket and a bill a few days later does 130.00.We have contacted the company but only get voicemail and no one returns call.My manager believed I ordered this stuff I assured him I didn't. Just a scam to get money from people and put others jobs in jeopardy

Invoice had sales rep Roger Simon's name. My owner did not place order, but we got two units shipped and billed for $135.60. In error, I paid for this.
So now I get any invoice for 10 more at $499.00. I called and talked to Stephen and told him to either send a pick up slip in 30 days or I would throw this out. But either way I was not paying.
I also told them I am reporting this to BBB, Iowa Attorney General and PA Attorney General. He tried to argue we ordered it thru their third party agency, but he would close the account. He said he could not have it shipped back since it was a chemical......Really?

Salesperson calls from Target to offer to send free sample. Then when accept offer and receive sample, its comes with an invoice for 135.10. When call phone number on the invoice, you don't speak with the salesperson again but someone saying they are a supervisor. Supervisor from Target states they do not send free samples and you can not return.
Why is the address on the invoice, 3720 Spruce Street, Philadelphia PA, an UPS Store? This is the address listed on the website which also show a picture of fake warehouse.

I was cold called by a sales rep who pushed against my refusal to even take a free sample. He was so adamant with assurances that there is no obligation. Months later I received the first of several calls from "Accounts Receivable" demanding payment for $133.83. When I clearly explained the circumstances, they insisted that they don't give away free samples. I followed up with emails to their accounts department requesting to receive acknowledgement from them of their mistake. There were no replies and the calls from Frank Wyatt in accounts receivable continued. I threatened (not a hollow threat) to contact their local district attorney's office if they cared to proceed. Their addresses are UPS boxes.
9/12/17 update: Having been told that they would take me off of their list, several months later I received another call (different name same script) I again returned the call and repeated information. Kevin Long "Accounts Payable Manager" told me that were going to close the account and I shouldn't hear from them again. This is a sham!!

Your salesperson Roger Simon repeatedly said and i repeated back that he was sending a FREE sample of your product for us to try, if it worked for us we would then place an order and then we can do business. I received an invoice of $99.80 for this FREE sample. I called and was told very rudely "we dont do free samples"!! So, i guess you have to con people into trying your product??? Which is unfortunate for you seeing as we have numerous hotels in various states and probably would have become a good customer of yours.
