I had my roof reshingled and it looks great!!. The shed wasn't included in the price but once my payment for roof went thru they were here to do the shed. They didn't charge me the 4% surcharge for the shed, which I appreciated alot. They did miss installing a vent but promptly were here the next day to install. I'm not aware of any inspections after the job was done like my neighbours had one on one bf they made a payment

The only issues I had was payment. They were in the middle of re doing their pos system. I was told they wish they knew I was making a payment by cc before reroofing my home. This statement really bothered me as I had my cc info ready the night the bill came in and cc',s were one of the forms of payment and my job was worth $6000. I understood they had to surcharge me 4% and I had payment ready. They asked if I could get a check from my cc company but they don't do cheques and it would have cost me more to do a cash advance. After a week they found a way to take my payment but we're a little impatient as I got 2 emails and a phone call all within 3 hours of each other (12 pm to 3pm). I explained I understood they needed a payment but I had just had surgery and didn't see the call or emails until 5 pm and I promptly gave them my CVC number on the back of my card to proceed with payment. I had to split payment in 2 and 1 cc company flagged it as payment came from the accountants account.

Overall they picked up all the nails (left container full in my one planter) and debris made from the reroof. They covered my flowerbeds, AC and patio which I really loved. They were delayed one day but you can't control the weather

I do recommend this company 100% but the payment options should be available as there would have been no issues otherwise

**I had to call the new owners in for a loose nail May 2026 (under warranty) on one the vents. A video was sent showing everything was solid. The pictures show the nail is visible and a video still of the gap under the vent but I've been assured this is fine. I will refer to my emails and this review if there is more of and issue with this vent moving forward

I cannot say enough great things about this company. From getting the quote to completion of work, everyone I dealt with was amazing. The shingle replacement work the crew did on my mom's house and garage looks great and the cleanup after was excellent. I highly recommend Wolff Roofing to anyone whom needs new shingles.

Wolff roofing re shingled my house and garage. They added sufficient ventilation that was lacking before and used quality shingles. They were quick, efficient and professional. I had to call them back to add another vent for a fan I added after the job was completed. This also was done quickly and professionally. I would definitely use them again!

Astrid and Ralf have been great to deal with, they are happy to do smaller jobs as well unlike some other companies. I have had a roof inspection and some small repairs completed (a few shingles blew off in a high wind, turns out they were improperly installed by the original installer as explained by Ralf) as well as eavestrough cleaning and downspout repairs. On the inspection they gave a written report on the remaining life of the shingles. Will definitely be contacting them in a couple years when my shingles need to be replaced!
