The windows aren't great, but they were what our builder used and hey, you get what you pay for, right? We had a seal failure after 13.5 years, and they're out of warranty. That's just not very good for a window. We had a twenty year old Meloche (Windsor) window fail the same way a few years ago, and it was replaced, no issue. Look around. You can do better than Pollard.

I have a three year old home with 15 various size Pollard Windows. Three have seal failure and now a fourth. That is 25% of the windows in the house. At $100 + taxes for labour to replace them, they are a very poor product not worthy to be considered purchasing in the first place. Stay clear of Pollard and buy Jen Weld or Dashwood.
